Munich, 061231 (Day 2) - Sea Life

anika and i got up early in the morning. you can sleep at home, but not when you're on holidays, and only got 2 days for sight-seeing in such an impressive town.
we were the first ones in the breakfast room. i wasn't hungry, eating just a roll and drinking grapefruit juice.
our first way was to the subway station to get tickets for it. when then went to the Hofbräuhaus again, to get our tickets for the evening event (we hadn't been able to get them the day before). then the shock! there was written: evening dress desired!
WTF? evening dress? no one had informed us about that, we thought it would take place in the same room as we've seen before and all stores are closed on sunday. no chance to get an evening dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we headed back to the hotel to get ready for the sight-seeing trip on the bus. too stupid~ it was me just getting hungrier for me. all those beautiful building and museums we passed from the outside and didn't have time for to visit. dude~ i so wanted to visit the new Pinakothek. we even passed the building where Hitler signed the agreement of munich. the feeling was so scary >.<
we got off the bus to visit Sea Life. from my previous posts you can tell how hyper i was to finally see it. after all i have to admit, i was a little disappointed. everything looked great inside and they put so much effort in the design and aquariums, but i was expecting bigger sharks and stuff like that. they shouldn't advertise sharks that size, when they just have little ones, and i don't mean baby sharks. still... here are the best pictures!
this was the first thing you saw when you entered sea life: a waterfall. i love waterfalls ^.^
